SUBSTITUTE GUIDELINES:
1. A sub must be someone from outside your BNI chapter.
2. A current member cannot substitute for another member of the same chapter.
3. Give subs as much warning as possible.
4. Give subs a "script" to read for your 60 second spot.
5. Let a chapter officer know you are sending a sub in your place as soon as possible.
6. Who are the "best subs?" Satisfied customers telling about your product or service.
